We have been accommodating students from all over the world for over 40 years and regularly welcome students from all of the London universities, UCL, LSE, Central St. Martins, University of the Arts, to name but a few. Many international students from Imperial College, the Royal College of Art and the Royal College of Music choose to stay with us as these universities are a pleasant walk through Hyde Park from our apartments. Not all of our students are from universities, however. Many attend Sixth-form College or English Language Schools. We are a popular choice with students from David Game, Albemarle College and Stanton School of English.

The location is fantastic, a safe area, bang in the centre of London, a minute’s walk from Hyde Park and in walking distance of numerous supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. All our student apartments in Craven Hill Gardens are in converted Victorian buildings, full of character and charm. Close by lies Notting Hill Gate, Lancaster Gate, Queensway, Bayswater and Paddington underground stations as well as multiple bus routes, so it's very easy to get to College or University whether you study locally or not.

What makes Lero property unique is that our office is conveniently across the road from our student flats, which means you can easily pop in anytime during office hours if you have a problem. You won't have to spend weeks chasing after a mysterious landlord if your washing machine breaks down! We can also assure your parents that you are in safe hands with us! Our multicultural and multilingual staff will do their best to make you feel at home. They are experienced with helping non-EU students complete the UK registration process and will even help students register with the local doctor.

Security is important to us. All our buildings are fitted with CCTV and we have a Resident House Keeper, who is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in case of emergencies.

We specialise in student studio and 1 bedroom apartments, although we do have large apartments for students who like to share with friends. It may be that you are tired of arguing over who's pinched your last drop of milk, borrowed your favourite jumper or that you simply want some privacy. You may be doing your finals or a PhD and want your evenings free from social distraction. Or you might be in your first year, unhappy with your student halls and have not met any friends yet to share with. A student studio apartment is an affordable way to live on your own.

Lero Property offers student accommodation for the academic year, which runs from September / October until June. We can also arrange accommodation for students and visiting professors that would like to stay for a shorter period during the summer. Our Internship accommodation runs for a minimum of 4 weeks and is available during the summer period. Student accommodation is also available for Post-Graduate students for 1 year, from September - September.
